Ben Lees

Ben Lees is an experienced creative professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Group Creative Director at DAMAC Properties since November 2021, following a tenure as Senior Creative Director. Prior to DAMAC, Ben held the position of Creative Director at M&C Saatchi UAE, where Ben worked with prominent clients such as Mobily, Wizz Air, and Pizza Hut, and previously served as Associate Creative Director with similar notable campaigns. Ben's earlier roles include Senior Art Director at IMPACT BBDO and M&C Saatchi UAE, where projects included major brands like IKEA, BMW, and Etihad Airways. Ben began a freelance graphic design career from 2008 to 2011 after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media-Design and Visual Communications from Griffith University and completing AWARD School.
