Bram Kouters has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Damen Technical Cooperation since February 2000, overseeing the provision of prefabricated shipbuilding kits and expert assistance to customers globally. Prior roles at Damen include Manager of the Engineering Tugs & Workboats department, Project Manager for tug engineering, and various engineering positions. Early career experiences include junior engineering roles and traineeships at Stolk Marimecs and Oceanco. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Naval Architecture, a Post Bachelor in Commercial Engineering, and ongoing leadership development studies at TSM Business School.
