Jordi van der Meer

Jordi van der Meer is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a focus on E&A Workboats, currently employed at Damen since September 2018. Prior roles include Junior Electrical Engineer at Damen and Junior Technicus Energy at Movares. Jordi began a career at Cryonorm BV as a Junior Field Engineer, contributing to the design and construction of cryogenic vaporization installations for the oil and gas industry. Significant early experiences include internships and roles at Alphatron Marine BV, where skills as a Service Engineer were developed, and various positions at HortiMaX in the assembly of electronic components. Jordi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Middenkader Functionaris Engineering from ROC Zadkine. Education was completed at Wolfert Lyceum with a focus on Natural Sciences and Technology.
