Siebe Cieraad

Siebe Cieraad has extensive experience in the marine industry, currently serving as a Board member of the Workers council and Product Portfolio Manager at Damen since April 2019, after previously working as a Design & Proposal Engineer for Tugs. Prior to Damen, Siebe was a Requirement Engineer Jr. at the Defence Materiel Organisation from January 2017 to February 2019 and completed a Graduate program with the Ministerie van Defensie in late 2016. Earlier experience includes an internship at Damen Shipyards Group and a role as a Junior Plan Approval Surveyor at Bureau Veritas, where responsibilities included finite element calculation preparation and developing Excel tools for rule calculations. Siebe holds a Master's Degree in Marine Technology from Delft University of Technology and an IPMA-D certification in Project Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the same institution. Education includes attending A. Rolandholst college, where a VWO degree was obtained.
