Christian Vinther Christensen

Christian Vinther Christensen is the current Head of Dry Cargo Department at NORDEN. Christian has previously worked as Group Executive Vice President at Western Bulk AS from April 2000 to October 2016, where they were responsible for the Atlantic Division and PnL. Christian has also worked as General Manager at Maersk Broker in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Seoul from October 1997 to March 2000, and as a ship broker and procurement specialist for Maersk Group from July 1990 to July 1994.

Christensen began their educational career by earning a business degree from Fredericia-Middelfart Handelsskole. Christian then went on to study management and shipping at MISE - Maersk International Shipping Education. Finally, they earned a maritime executive degree from Duke University.
