Maureen Pittenger

Maureen Pittenger serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Dana. In this role, Maureen is a member of Dana’s leadership team and has responsibility for the organization’s human resources strategy and processes, including talent lifecycle and acquisition, talent management and development, inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Maureen joined Dana in 2019 as vice president of corporate human resources. She most recently served as vice president of human resources for the Light Vehicle business, corporate, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Dana, she held several human resources leadership roles at Visteon Corporation, including business unit, employee relations, and compensation positions.

Maureen earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University. She recently completed the Advanced Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
