Shruthi Arul

Shruthi Arul is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation DBS Leader at Danaher Corporation, a position held since February 2022, where responsibilities include driving business transformation for Cytiva's digital business through process optimization and innovation. Previously, in the role of DBS Leader, Shruthi achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency, including a 20% reduction in past due backlog.
