Calvin Liu-Navarro

Calvin Liu-Navarro is the current Head of Technical Recruiting at Dandy. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Robinhood from December 2020 to March 2022. In their role at Robinhood, they were responsible for building out the Developer Infrastructure org from the ground up and grew the org from 10 to 35 engineers in 6 months. Calvin also initiated and built out a new centralized infrastructure recruiting process as the company continued to scale the infrastructure function.

In addition to their work in recruiting, Calvin also served as the Communication Manager for Rainbowhood (Robinhood's ERG). In this role, they were responsible for leading the group that built internal candidate sharing guidance and process for all tech recruiting at Robinhood. Calvin also hosted a weekly closing workshop for tech recruiting.

Calvin is dedicated to their work in democratizing finance and improving the efficiency and career development opportunities within the recruiting industry.
