Anouk Boschma serves as a Global Advisor for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support during Migration and Displacement at the Danish Red Cross since September 2022, focusing on uniform approaches, strategy development, training, and organizational capacity building in this field. Previously, Boschma worked as a Mental Health & Psychosocial Support Technical Advisor at the IFRC Reference Centre for Psychosocial Support and as an Account Manager for Humanitarian Aid at SOS Kinderdorpen Nederland. Other roles included Senior Program Officer/Project Coordinator at ARQ International, Country Director for the Ebola Emergency Response in Liberia, and various managerial roles during the Typhoon Haiyan response in the Philippines with International Medical Corps. Boschma's experience also includes positions with Save the Children UK and the European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office. Educational qualifications include a Master's in International Humanitarian Action and a Master's in Psychology, alongside certifications in relevant areas such as Mental Health in Complex Emergencies.
