Charlie Cappetti

Charlie was born in 1964 in the Netherlands. He graduated from the Leiden and Rotterdam Erasmus University with a Master in Public Administration. He started his career in 1991 at Procter & Gamble Benelux where he held various roles in Marketing and Sales. Charlie joined Danone in 1998 as Sales Director of Danone Netherlands (Dairy) and moved to Danone Belgium (Dairy) as Sales Director in 2001. He was appointed General Manager of Danone Egypt in 2005 before moving to the Waters category as General Manager of Aqua Indonesia in 2009. In 2017 Charlie was appointed Regional Vice-President Essential Dairy and Plant Based CIS and since July 2019 he is Senior Vice-President Essential Dairy and Plant Based CIS, Turkey and Middle East.
