Dr. Monif Loutfy

Dr. Monif Loutfy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and arbitration sectors. Currently serving as a member of the DIAC Arbitrators List at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and as an author for Kindle Direct Publishing, Dr. Loutfy focuses on improving project performance management through research and AI analysis.
