Al Sabbir Rimon is an experienced HR professional with a focus on shared services, compensation, and benefits. Since February 2022, Al Sabbir has been serving as Assistant Manager/Lead in HR shared services at Daraz, previously holding the position of Senior Executive in Compensation & Benefits. Prior to this role, Al Sabbir worked at Unique Group as a Senior Executive in Human Resources and at ShopUp as a Human Resources Executive, where responsibilities included payroll and HR operations. Al Sabbir’s early career included an Executive-HR & Admin role at East Coast Group of Companies and a HR Operations Intern position at banglalink. Al Sabbir holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from East West University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at North South University.
