Zeeshan Shiraz

Zeeshan Shiraz is the Regional Head of Search Operations at Daraz since April 2021, overseeing a team of 5 Country Managers and 22 operational team members across five countries in South Asia. Key responsibilities include enhancing user engagement and conversion rates, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, and conducting business trend analysis to adapt to local market conditions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Guided Shopping at Lazada, where significant improvements in user experience and sales were achieved through the implementation of AI and ML strategies. Zeeshan's career also includes leadership roles at 3ciety in operations and marketing, as well as roles at Daraz.pk and TradeKey focused on e-commerce and business development, complemented by educational qualifications in International Business and Marketing from Monash University and Bahria University, respectively.
