Gustavo Divincenzo

Gustavo Divincenzo is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at Darden since December 2008, where responsibility includes leading operational excellence for multiple restaurant teams. Gustavo has earned recognition as Director of the Year in both 2010 and 2011. Prior to this role, Gustavo was a General Manager at Darden-Olive Garden from 2003 to 2007, achieving the Diamond Club Award and ranking in the top 5% of General Managers in 2004 and 2006, and the top 10% in 2007.
