Kimberly J. Killeen

Kimberly Killeen is currently the Executive Assistant at Dartmouth College. Kimberly has previously worked as the Executive Assistant at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University from September 2016 to June 2022. In this position, they provided high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President for Health Affairs/ Dean of Medicine and Biological Sciences, interim support for the Senior Associate Dean for the Program in Biology, and calendar management for the Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs.

Some of their duties included managing complex digital calendars autonomously, preparing daily briefings for the Dean, collaborating closely with the other Executive Assistant in the BioMed Deans Office, working with the Director of Special Projects to create briefings and agendas for committee meetings and events, working closely with other administrators and calendar managers within Brown and affiliated hospital systems, and interacting with department chairs, clinical and campus-based faculty and researchers, students, prospective donors, and others to provide highest-level customer service.

Kimberly has also been responsible for arranging travel, managing conference registrations, submitting reimbursements, reconciling department credit card Coordinating schedules and spaces or Zoom links for Dean’s lab team meetings, creating and maintaining a Google Site for the Biology Chairs and Directors, which includes a library of COVID-related guidance and announcements, and managing the 360 surveys, collection of responses, and reporting for biannual reviews of clinical department chairs.

Kimberly J. Killeen has a BA in English Literature from Swarthmore College and a Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
