Kevin Guichet

Kevin Guichet is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dassault Aviation since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Aéronautique and Défense sectors at ALTEN from September 2019 to September 2021. Kevin’s experience also includes a role at Safran Aircraft Engines, focusing on recruitment and social relations, and earlier positions in talent acquisition at PB Solutions and GROUPE-GEAR. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Diploma in International Studies from IAE France, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Tours.
