Santana Faint

Santana Faint has extensive experience in customer delivery and modern platforms, currently serving as Director of Customer Delivery and Modern Platforms at Datacom since April 2011. This role encompasses leadership in customer success and service delivery for Auckland and Wellington, along with capability leadership across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia. Previously, Santana held various leadership positions at Datacom, including General Manager for Business and Data Platforms and Unix, Database, and Middleware Services, overseeing operational support, project delivery, and consultancy for diverse clients. Prior experience includes roles at the New Zealand Defence Force as Database Services Manager and Senior Database Administrator, and positions at StayinFront and Workflow Solutions, focusing on database management and implementation. Santana holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Central Institute of Technology, earned between 1998 and 2000.
