James Orton

James Orton is a seasoned professional in the field of data science and customer success, currently serving as the Customer Success and Services Lead for the ANZ region at Dataiku since June 2021. Prior to this role, James held positions as a Solutions Engineer and Senior Data Scientist at H2O.ai from January 2020 to May 2021, and as a Data Science Instructor at General Assembly from June 2019 to January 2020. James founded Distil Data, where service as a Data Scientist took place from August 2017 to January 2020. James also contributed to Optus as a Product Manager in Analytics from January 2014 to August 2017. Academically, James holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Liverpool and completed a Machine Learning online course at Stanford University in 2012.
