Léo Ben Aych

Léo Ben Aych is currently a Compensation Analyst at Dataiku. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst at Viventium from May 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for operational risk of EMEA CIB activities, covering branches in London, Frankfurt, Moscow, Milan, Madrid, and Dubaï. This involved executing the audit plan of wholesale banking activities, monitoring recommendations issued by local internal audit, U.S. regulators, Inspection Générale Natixis, and BPCE Inspection Générale, as well as being the correspondent of Group BPCE recommendation monitoring tool in coordination with Group BPCE and Inspection Générale Natixis. Léo was also responsible for conducting front to back analysis of recommendations, identifying required supporting documentation and closure procedure, as well as harmonizing and enhancing various local dashboards and processes to answer regulators' requirements and improve functionality. Some of the relevant audits they were responsible for include Treasury and Collateral Management Division (North America), Liquidity risk, Price and P&L validation, Environment analysis, Policies and Procedures, Recommendation follow-up; and Anti-Money Laudering Compliance Division (North and South America), AML training, Alert Management, Policies and Procedures, Recommendation follow-up.

Léo Ben Aych has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nicholls State University, a Master in International Finance & Trade from ESCE - Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur, and an Erasmus Program in International Business from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN).
