Nicole Miles

Nicole Miles is currently the Chief of Staff to President & COO at Dataminr. Prior to joining the company, Nicole held the role of Senior Director of QA and Development Operations at Oracle from March 2012 to July 2014. In this role, Nicole was responsible for leading a team of 100+ individuals who ensured the quality of Oracle RightNow CX products.

Before their time at Oracle, Nicole spent 11 years at RightNow Technologies where they served as the Director of Release Management. In this role, Nicole was responsible for coordinating releases across the company as well as managing critical development projects within the software development lifecycle process.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience in software development and operations management. Her experience leading large teams and overseeing complex projects makes their an invaluable asset to Dataminr.

Nicole Miles reports to Peter Bailey, Chief Strategy Officer.
