AI company Dataminr has appointed Nella Domenici as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2020. Ms. Domenici will be responsible for all of the company’s financial operations, financial planning and analysis, accounting, legal, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. She will report to Dataminr founder and CEO Ted Bailey.

I am particularly impressed with her track record of effectively leading and managing premier, dynamic and innovative financial services organizations."
Ms. Domenici has extensive experience in advising both public and private companies on financial decisions, particularly in managing global tech-based financial service businesses. She comes to Dataminr from Bridgewater Associates, where she served as CFO and as a member of the company’s Operating Committee.
