Shahar Avivi

Shahar Avivi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director and HRBP at Datarails since January 2021. In this role, Shahar builds trusting relationships with employees and leaders, leads global welfare policies, manages the employee life cycle, and maintains the annual global EEX budget. Prior to Datarails, Shahar worked at SolarEdge Technologies as a Training Specialist and Financial Planning Analyst, and at Intel Corporation as a Financial Analyst supporting the procurement division. Shahar began the career as an Employee Experience Specialist at WaveIP. Shahar holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completed the HRBP LAB at QUATRO Leadership Lab.
