Chris Lin

Chris Lin has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Chris is currently working at DataStax as a Sr. SRE CI/CD release Engineer. Before joining DataStax, Chris worked at Raytheon Technologies as a Sr. Principal Site Reliability Engineering where they developed CI/CD automation pipelines and deployed infrastructure code using various technologies including AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform. Prior to that, they were a Lead Software Engineer (Sr. Manager) at Capital One, focusing on AWS Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and disaster recovery. Chris also has experience as an Owner and Enterprise Software Architect at Rocklogic Inc, as well as contracting roles as a SW Architect at Accenture, Enterprise Software Architect at FICO, Chief Architect and Tech Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Enterprise Software Architect at Lockheed Martin and Unisys.

Chris Lin has a Master's degree in Physics from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in AWS including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate.
