Coleen Finnegan

Coleen Finnegan is the Business Planning and Optimization Leader at Daugherty Business Solutions. She collaborates with the Client and Sales teams, as well as the Product & Innovation team, to ensure we are supporting both thought leadership across the Enterprise, as well as planning for recruitment and development of our delivery teams. Coleen is an innovative problem solver focused on achieving business value through technology solutions.

Coleen joined Daugherty Business Solutions in 2012 as an Engagement Director in Chicago. She quickly emerged as a senior leader, taking on the Managing Director role for Dallas, Chicago and the NY/NJ regions over the next four years. Within 18 months of leading the Dallas region, the team doubled in size, and Chicago and Dallas both had their best financial years within two years of her leading them. She also grew the NY/NJ region by 30 percent in six months.
