Daversa Partners, Technology’s premier executive search firm that builds the leadership teams for growth and venture-backed companies has announced that Frank Cumella has been appointed to the firm’s Partnership. Cumella joins 13 other partners who have each spent an average of 15 years with the firm.
Throughout his tenure at Daversa Partners, Cumella has proven to be an integral leader that has played a crucial role in building out the firm's New York practice and is currently spearheading the firm's aggressive push into Boston across Robotics, Healthcare, Big Data & Cloud Computing. Cumella continues to focus on building the senior management teams for high growth, early, and mid-stage enterprise software and consumer internet companies, as well as influential public technology businesses which include Deep Instinct, Collibra, UiPath, BigID, Berkshire Grey and Cloudbees.
“I could not be more excited to announce the promotion of Frank to Partner. His commitment to leadership over the last decade has been unapparelled, as was his resounding show of resiliency and stability he provided to the firm over the last twelve months,” said Paul Daversa, CEO of Daversa Partners.
Cumella commented, “I learned early on that recruiting top tier executives requires more than a compelling narrative - it demands trust, intuition, empathy, and conviction, all qualities that Paul and the Partnership engrain into the firm’s day to day. I have the utmost appreciation for the ‘pay it forward’ mentality that is fostered here at Daversa and plan to do just that as I join this extraordinary group of leaders.”
