Bob Jensch

As Regional Vice President for Davidson Resorts, Bob’s responsibilities focus on maximizing overall performance and enhancing owner connections within the Resorts operating vertical. Bob brings nearly 40 years of hospitality experience to the Resorts team, holding executive positions with Hilton, RJJ Hospitality and Stations Casinos in Las Vegas. In his most recent role as Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort’s General Manager, he led the team in achieving record breaking Revenue and GOP growth within his first year at the helm. Prior to his role at Hilton, he was Principal Consultant for RJJ Hospitality where he led success within resorts like Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino and Hard Rock Hotel in Palm Springs. Bob also held roles at White Lodging as an RVP of Operations and with Marriott holding various leadership positions between 1983 and 2010.
