Kenny Gardner

As the Chief People Officer, Kenny oversees the entire human resources function, taking care of ~65,000 teammates across the world. He has been with DaVita for nearly a decade and most recently served the company as a group vice president (GVP), overseeing field operations in the Southeast as well as DaVita’s diagnostic laboratory.

Prior to joining DaVita, Mr. Gardner previously worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley focused on Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Gardner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida A&M University along with an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was recognized as an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow.

Kenny is committed to the broader South Florida community and is actively engaged with the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, Food for the Poor, Perez Art Museum, Frost Museum of Science and Golden Cane Society.
