Derek Daly has extensive experience in the meat production industry, having worked at Dawn Meats since 2005 in various management roles, including Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Boning Hall and Marshalling Area Manager. Prior to this, Derek held the position of Boning Hall Supervisor at Dawn Meats Group from 2004 to 2005, and served as Bar Manager in London from 2003 to 2004. Derek's career began in 1998 as a Beef Deboner and Trimmer in Ireland and Germany. Derek also pursued formal education at the University of Limerick, earning a Specialist Diploma in Quality Management - Lean Systems in 2016.
