Brittany Richards is the SVP of Services at Daxko. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Customer Support at Blue Star Sports and as the Vice President of Customer Success & Operations at Remarkable Health.
At Blue Star Sports, Brittany was responsible for the daily operations of the company's omnichannel customer support organization, which included 75+ support agents across 17 product lines and multiple geographies. Brittany was also responsible for the integration of new acquisitions, as well as a partnership with outsourced support and international BPO resources.
At Remarkable Health, Brittany oversaw the implementation of a standardized methodology within the professional services organization, which included a standardized implementation playbook, project governance, capacity and forecasting, packaged offerings with standardized projects and milestones, and standard reporting and metrics. Brittany also deployed SalesForce for the Customer Support organization, rolled out utilization tracking and reporting across all areas of the customer success org, and built and designed a 6-week training and onboarding program from the ground up. Additionally, Brittany installed several key cross-functional operating procedures designed to unify departments and eliminate silos, built out talent and recruiting best practices, and created a customer health program focused on early identification of at-risk accounts.
Brittany Richards has a Master of Arts in Theirtory from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory and Philosophy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a high school diploma from Pinson Valley.
