Crystal Fernandes-Harris

Crystal Fernandes-Harris, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in organization and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Organization and Talent Development at Day Pitney LLP since December 2012. In this role, Crystal fosters a culture of continuous education and collaborates with senior leadership to implement training and firm-wide programs. Previously, Crystal held various positions in learning and development, including Learning and Development Manager, and has experience in documentation and training from roles at Meridian Medical Management and Origin Healthcare Solutions. Crystal began a career in training and content development with positions at Hasbro, Subway, and the University of Connecticut.
