Julie Lustig

Julie Lustig is currently the Director of Client Services & Talent Acquisition at DaySmart Software. Prior to their current position, Julie was an Owner and Executive Search Expert at Talent Acquisition Consultants from October 2017 to July 2018. From August 2014 to October 2017, Julie was a Client Services Executive at Geometric Results, Inc., where they were responsible for overall client management of Master Service Programs (MSP) for a region of strategic accounts located across the US with a total spend under management of $500M. Prior to that, from May 2003 to July 2005, Julie was a Recruiting Manager at Wolverine Technical Staffing, where they built a robust recruiting model for new division of organization which included; aligning sales and recruiting goals, implementing metrics, hiring new sales people and successfully prospected new business. Before that, from July 1996 to May 2005, Julie was a Recruiting Manager at MSX International.

Julie Lustig earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern Michigan University. Julie then went on to earn a Master's degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
