Coral Hertz

Coral Hertz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Coral currently works as the Head of People at Dazz since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager People and Culture at SentinelOne from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they served as a trusted advisor to managers, led change management, and managed the global people team for scaling up.

Before joining SentinelOne, Coral worked as an HR Manager at Twist Bioscience from 2018 to 2020. Coral was responsible for various HR aspects, including talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, they gained experience in IPO procedures and employee stock plans.

Coral's earlier experience includes working as an HR Staff at Qualcomm in 2018, where they guided the execution of HR programs and contributed to the business strategy. Coral also served as the Head of HR at Salestech from 2012 to 2017, where they established the HR department, advised on all HR activities, and managed the company's growth.

Coral began their career as a Technology Recruiter at One1 in 2011, where they managed the entire recruitment process for technical positions. Coral also had a temporary position in the Recruitment Department at 013 Netvision from 2010 to 2011.

Beyond their professional experience, Coral has also worked as a Rehabilitation guide for schizophrenics at "A.B Rehabilitation" from 2008 to 2010.

Coral Hertz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Education from The Open University of Israel, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
