Ritika Bhatnagar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as AVP - Talent Acquisition at DBS Bank since August 2022, Ritika leads a team to address hiring demands and collaborates with business leaders to strategize recruitment efforts. Prior to DBS Bank, Ritika worked at AT&T as a Specialist, focusing on ramp-ups in Hyderabad and Bangalore while improving the candidate experience and recruitment processes. Additionally, experience includes roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Sierra-Cedar, and Magna Infotech, where responsibilities involved liaising with business units, conducting interviews, and formulating hiring strategies. Ritika holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Technology and a BBA in Management from Khandelwal College of Management Science and Technology.
