Romi Simpson

Romi Simpson is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Head of HR for the UK at DBS Bank, starting in October 2025. Previously, Romi held the position of Chief People Officer at Triple Point from March 2024 to July 2025, leading a 220+ member team focused on socially responsible investment opportunities. At Tetrate, from June 2023 to March 2024, Romi directed global HR strategy for a workforce spanning 18 countries amidst a significant organizational shift. A lengthy tenure at Silicon Valley Bank from March 2010 to June 2023 encompassed various senior roles, including Global Programs Director for Conduct Risk, Managing Director for Global HR Policy, and Chief of Staff to the Head of Technology Banking, with a focus on strategic development and regulatory compliance. Previous positions include HR Associate Director at RTKL and HR Manager at Anshen + Allen, with early career experience as an HR Officer at Georgeson.
