Siew Yee Hor

Siew Yee Hor has over 25 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, primarily at DBS Bank, where a career spans from 1996 to the present. Currently serving as the Head of Non Tech Sourcing and COO of Group Procurement & Services, Siew Yee has held various key positions within the bank, including Head of Non IT Sourcing and VP of both Regional Non IT Category Manager and Head of Spend Optimisation and MIS Reporting, as well as Head of Contract Management. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing Management & Vendor Management at DBS Bank. Siew Yee holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.
