Vineet has also held positions at Care Principium Pvt. Ltd., AccelTree Software, and Pentasoft Technologies Ltd. Vineet has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the [National Institute of Technology](/org/national-institute-of-technology), Allahabad.

Sachin Arora is currently the CPO at digital cafe. Sachin has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Cyber-Security, Captive DC & Cloud, and Contact Centre Domains. Prior to their current position, they were the Virtual CIO & Founder at ProServIT from April 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the publication and communication of the programmed Service Transition process and supporting templates. Sachin also ensured that technical resources were available and correctly provisioned in line with release timescales. Sachin also has experience in building transition plans, including infrastructure/application support models and change management. Sachin is a highly skilled IT professional with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Sachin Arora's educational career includes completing an MBA in Information Systems from TASMAC London School of Business, as well as a GNIIT from the National Institute of Information Technology. Sachin also holds certifications from CloudU (Cloudu certified), CompTIA (CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Strata IT Fundamentals Certification), EXIN (IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL)), Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and microsoft operational framework 4.0), and Project+.

Maushmi Dhawan is a board member at [digital cafe](/org/dcafe-digital) and has over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Maushmi is also a faculty member at the Symbiosis college in Pune, where they teach students about the collaboration of makeup and hair from the 1800s to the present day. Dhawan has won multiple awards, including the Label M best Hairstylist Award in 2006 and the award for cutting edge of New Age Makeup. In addition to their work in the beauty industry, Dhawan is also passionate about serving the underprivileged by teaching them for free and helping them to grow and develop their skills.
Maushmi Dhawan has an Emeritus Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from 2020-2021, in collaboration with MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School. Maushmi also has a BA from Modern Education Society's Nowrosjee Wadia College Arts, Science, Pune 01 in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from 1990-1996.
