David Mees

David Mees is a Senior Associate and Lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek since December 2018, specializing in Employee Benefits & Executive Remuneration, Corporate Advisory & Corporate Governance, as well as M&A and IPOs. Prior to this, David served as a Member of the Works Council at Hoge Raad der Nederlanden for a brief period in late 2018 and also worked as a Legal Clerk in the Research Department of the Dutch Supreme Court under Advocate General Prof. Ruth de Bock. David's academic background includes a Master of Laws in Labour Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Erasmus School of Law, where David also worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Labour Law Department.
