Paul McNicoll

Paul McNicoll is an Associate Professor at De Montfort University, specializing in student experience within the Faculty of Arts, Design and Humanities since August 2015, while also serving as the Programme Leader for the MA Fashion & Textiles. Prior to this role, Paul held significant positions at the University of the Arts London, including Dean of the School of Design & Technology at the London College of Fashion, overseeing a diverse range of undergraduate courses, and Director of Programmes for the Fashion Product Cluster. Earlier career roles included Course Leader for the MA Fashion Bodywear at De Montfort University and Associate Lecturer at the University of Leicester. Paul’s educational background encompasses a BA (Hons) in Fashion & Textiles, an MA in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins, and a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from The Chartered Management Institute.
