Annie Tsoi

Annie Tsoi has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked at Deacons from February 1997 to the present, where Annie currently serves as Co-head of the IP Department and Responsible Partner for the Deacons Cares initiative, which focuses on education, environmental sustainability, and health & wellbeing projects. Additionally, from September 2017 to October 2023, Annie held several leadership roles, including Secretary General and First and Second Deputy Secretary General, within AIPPI. Prior to their tenure at Deacons, Annie worked as an Associate at Simmons & Simmons from July 1994 to January 1997. Annie holds a P.C.LL from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same institution, as well as an education from St. Stephen's Girls' College.
