Jacob Colangelo

Jacob Colangelo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sports management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Tradable Bits in the Sports APAC division, Jacob enhances client experiences through strong relationship-building and the implementation of digital marketing strategies. Concurrently, Jacob acts as a Casual Research Assistant and Sessional Academic at Deakin University, evaluating and grading student assessments in sport governance. As the founder of a personal venture, Jacob also contributed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer for Softball WA, where responsibilities included advising the board and promoting participation and development within the organization. Additionally, Jacob has experience as a Game Night DJ for the Perth Wildcats and participated in the ASTN-GSIC Pre-Accelerator Program. Jacob holds a Master of Business in Sport Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Economics from The University of Western Australia.
