Melissa Parris

Melissa Parris is a Senior Lecturer in Management at Deakin University, a position held since 2006. From 2011 to 2020, Melissa served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal. Prior experience includes various roles at Westpac Financial Services from 1999 to 2002, and serving as a Credit Manager at Merchants UK from 1997 to 1998, as well as an Administration Manager at Kwik Kopy from 1992 to 1996. Melissa holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management/Organisational Behaviour and a Master of Commerce (Hons) in Management from Western Sydney University, alongside a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education from Deakin University.
