John Molony is an experienced higher education leader with a notable career focused on international strategy and operations. Currently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice President, International at Deakin University since 2013, John developed a comprehensive internationalisation agenda and achieved significant growth in international student tuition revenue while enhancing social media engagement and staff satisfaction. Previously, John held leadership roles at QS, La Trobe University, Macquarie University, and the University of Newcastle, where contributions included strategic marketing initiatives, consulting services, and the establishment of successful scholarship programs.
