John Nance

John Nance is the President and CIO of DealBox, an industry leader in capital markets strategy. John has been with DealBox since its inception in 2016, serving as its Chief Executive Officer from June 2018 to August 2022.

Nance has a strong focus on blockchain technology and utilizes both traditional and digital securities to enhance capital formation and liquidity for early ventures and growth-stage companies. Through DealBox's investment packaging diligence process, Nance has digitized hundreds of highly-vetted securities in private companies to redefine the ownership experience for retail and professional investors.

In late 2020, Nance launched DealBox's newest business division, "Digital Asset Solutions" focused on equipping private companies with pre-exit liquidity solutions via direct listings on blockchain based Alternative Trading Systems (ATS). The launch of this division is commensurate with Deal Box's long term goal of revolutionizing capital markets utilizing blockchain technologies and has tremendous implications for the growth of Deal Box.
