Mike Hazell

Key strengths: Mike, a seasoned finance professional, has been at Debenhams since February 2010 and has played a major part in the financial restructuring of Debenhams before stepping up to become CFO in September 2019. He previously held finance roles at Sky and Pfizer, among others. Mike is a chartered accountant.

Mike assumed leadership of the executive committee in January of 2021.
