Caroline Gillet

Caroline Gillet has extensive experience in the sporting goods industry, currently serving as a Sport Leader for artistic and fighting sports at Decathlon France since July 2015. Previously, Caroline held roles as Product Manager and Project Manager, where responsibility included overseeing global change management for commercial processes across Decathlon's 30 brands in approximately 35 countries. Prior experience includes working as a Badminton Business Unit Product Engineer and Project Manager at Artengo, where Caroline managed product development for badminton equipment. Earlier career positions included serving as a Product Engineer for racket innovation at Oxylane Group and R&D Engineer at Head, focusing on technical design and materials for various racket sports. Caroline holds a Master of Science degree in Material Science, specialized in composites, from EEIGM, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
