Damien Saumureau

Damien Saumureau is an experienced circularity project leader at Decathlon France, specializing in the transition of swimming, diving, aquafitness, and waterpolo products to a circular economy, overseeing product recycling R&D and end-of-life product collection. Previously, as a brand innovation manager, Damien developed brand vision and innovative project management strategies. With a background as an innovation manager and product designer at Nabaiji, Damien defined and managed innovation processes and brand strategies. Earlier roles included product designer at Decathlon International and Tribord, focusing on a wide range of aquatic products and managing design language implementation. Damien holds a Master's in Engineering Design Management from ISD and a Bachelor's degree from Lycée Victor Grignard.
