Kristen Hayward

Kristen Hayward is the Head of People & Operations at Superhuman since June 2019, where a Foundation Team has been built to enhance company culture and support leadership in people and operations. Prior experience includes roles as Interim Head of Talent at Superhuman, Chief People Officer at Hustle, and Global Vice President of Talent at Flexport, overseeing substantial team growth and talent acquisition efforts. Kristen serves as an Advisor for PeopleTech Partners and Agave, focuses on gender equality as a Pod Leader at Declare, and has a diverse background in consulting and technical recruiting. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
