Build data pipelines from our product to Salesforce, and write SQL to build better models, forging a continuous improvement environment Use data to increase efficiencies in the sales process, closely monitor sales performance at all stages of the funnel, and provide continuous recommendations for improvements. Identifying the root cause of any problems and fixing them Identify both proactive and reactive initiatives, and ensure they are appropriately prioritized and staffed. Support weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact our growth trajectory Update and maintain our sales capacity planning model, with current data on sales performance, ramp times, ramped ACV productivity, etc. Ownership mentality for sales data, performs data validation and cleansing; Lead efforts in managing databases, including data integrity, data quality, data sync/integrations Reporting on post-sale activities for CS to build workflows, cases, campaigns, etc.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or rev ops capacity You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment You are data driven and use data to solve problems Salesforce admin experience You have advanced SQL skills
