Courtney Chin

Courtney Chin is the Director of FinTech Ops at Deel. Courtney has previously served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Salud Cocktails & Co., LLC, the Program/Product Manager of Google Maps for Work, and as a website designer and programmer. Courtney has been with Deel since November 2015.

Courtney Chin attended Wellesley College where they earned their BA in Media Arts & Science with a concentration in Spanish. Courtney then studied abroad at the University of Melbourne. Courtney has also earned certifications from ICAgile in Agile Team Facilitation and Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster.

Some direct reports include Thierry Eddie - Analyst, Christine Tan - Biz Ops and Strategy, and Boaz Bernard - Junior Operations. They work with Chloe Bouaziz - Biz Ops and Strategy, Rui Chaves - Director of Customer Experience, and María Paula - Operations Intern. Their manager is Dan Westgarth, COO.
