Palvasha Riaz

Palvasha Riaz has worked in customer success and business development roles for some of Canada's most innovative companies. Palvasha began their career as a Sales Intern with SalesChoice Inc. before moving on to Loopio, where they worked as a Business Development Associate. In November 2018, they joined Lending Loop as a Customer Success Manager. Loop for eCommerce, a subsidiary of Lending Loop, recruited their as a Business Growth Analyst in April 2020. In May 2021, they returned to Deel as a Customer Success Manager.

Palvasha Riaz has an HBA from the University of Toronto in Economics (Major), Criminology and Socio Legal Studies (Major), and Sociology (Minor). Palvasha also has a certificate in Advanced Product Management from Product Faculty. Palvasha is currently pursuing a Data Analytics certification from General Assembly Canada. Palvasha also has certifications from Udemy in The Complete Product Management Course, Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Speaker Labs in Talk Master Certification, and TrackTik in TrackTik All Star 2022.

They are on a team with Eddy Kameche - Customer Success Manager, Julia Perrone - Customer Success Manager, Brazil, and Jess Foss - Customer Success Lead. Their manager is Bradley Liou, Director of Customer Success and Expansion.
